Part of the issue is that many people's vitamin D levels are way too low. D provides protection against sun radiation so should do the same for EMF. D also speeds up healing after damage.
D for defense of course.
I suspect also there will be issue with people's body chemistry. We act like aerials to signals, think old analogue radios you can touch the aerial to improve signal which passes through your body. This can result in 'hearing voices and probably could be why people are acting funny/not listening to the truth, although the visual media does that too.
Vitamin D is essential for a lot of metabolic functions, but other components are also necessary. Fasting periods between meals, the longer the better, signal cells to do housekeeping and remove cells that are damaged by radiation or any other cause. Ultimately we fall behind and we get the deterioration we see in old people. David Sinclair's book "Lifespan" has a good introduction to these processes.
I agree of course and thanks for the book recommendation. I stress D because in fact it is far more essential all round the body. It can be gained from food, but primarily via the sun if we do the right things.
The sun sustains life all around the world but has been vilified by those wishing to poison and harm the nations, how often have we heard advice to stay out of the sun and cover up. There are issues of sun stroke, but the cancer issues are primarily due to Nazi (!) chemicals in sun tan creams and lotions.
It's important to remember we're a chemical processor, and we work best with balance. Too much of many supplements will get flushed out, but we can overdose on some of them. D, for example, consumes magnesium to metabolize, and many people are already deficient, so supplementing D should also add magnesium to maintain balance. Magnesium deficiency caused me heart rhythm irregularity and horrible leg cramps.
Agreed, many thanks, especially for magnesium note. I have yet to do post on my site re supplements, but I know that in essence we should not need them, save perhaps vitamin D for those of us struggling for sun in northern climes above a certain latitude.
I think the only thing I would say is that I would rather have more of something that can be flushed out easily than big pharma neuro-toxic drugs which cause major headaches.
Magnesium is particularly interesting because it has been leached out of the soils to support aggressive agricultural practices necessary to support a growing population. We can no longer rely on getting enough from food. It's one of the most common minerals on Earth, but it's not in the fields where we need it.
Thank you David for the update on the mysterious hot spots. All intriguing information. This post has certainly opened my eyes to the multiple sources of EMF and the need for a "best practices" approach. So many things are *safe* until proven otherwise.
Very useful, thank you.

I write about sunshine etc on my website FYI.

I imagine you know all this anyway, but in any event I hope it is useful to know that I know too.
Many thanks again for your work.

Absolutely, along with quite a few other minerals I understand.
